“I think it will go down in history as the first chapter in a new era of the relationship between scientists and society. Legitimate scientists – people with qualifications – are the bad guys. “It is a big story that is going to cause controversy. “It’s very rare that a film changes history, but I think this is a turning point and in five years the idea that the greenhouse effect is the main reason behind global warming will be seen as total bollocks

If you have made a WordPress plugin and you want host it on WordPress.org you could read this: WordPress can host your plugin. I have found helpfull also this readme file about “How to write a readme”

Another thing that you will need to add your plugin is a Subversion Client. I have used TortoiseSVN. You could find helpful this example: Windows WordPress Toolbox.

…Ice is melting and the temperature is raising just because we are approaching the end of the latest Ice Age?
Considering that there was an Ice Age long ago, and then you fast-foward to the early 1900s; there’s a considerable difference in temperatures right? So this to me says that if global warming does in fact exist, it would be a natural process. Pollution and such may just accelerate it a little, but in the end we couldn’t do anything about it.

…The Glacial Ice Melting is not going to cause the oceans water level to rise… ice melting doesn’t cause the glass to overflow, right?
Ice that is already floating will not raise the level of water in the oceans while melting, the Ross Ice Shelf or any of the sea ice at the North Pole are already partially under the level of the water and they are also partyally made out of air, is not 100% water in the composition of ice, so the part that you see floating is the part that correspond tothe air trapped into the ice.
You can safetly buy beach front property, is goign to be beach front for many, many years, at least for all your existance.

Worldwide water level rising is caused by two factors.
Firts, melting of ice located on the lands, like glaciers and polar icecaps.
Second, the expansion of the sea due to the thermal increase. As the temperature rises, the water in the oceans and seas becomes less dense, and the oceans will spread, occupying more surface area on the planet. Increased temperature will accelerate the rate of sea level rise.

When looking on Google Official Blog I discovered this information- that they tended to a few official meetings a while back in Yaounde, cameroon. After this they drove seven hours to arrive to one of WWF’s project sites (namely the Campo-Ma’an National Park.) You can now visit Google Earth to look into this further.

This park was created in the year 2000 and is a paradise for nature-lovers as there are 80 species of mammals to be found there such as endangered chimpanzees, elephants and gorillas. Not to mention the vast amount of birds (there are at least 302 different species),112 species of reptiles, 249 species of fish, 80 species of amphibians and a lot of endemic plant life also. The people who live in the local area are a cut above the rest and really do make the place that bit more special. The communities that live in the proximities of the park are eager to protect their natural resources, but more than that they are very keen to develop themselves economically. WWF works with them in partnership to promote a community based nature tourism as one solution.

When opening Google Earth you can also visit this amazing place by selecting the new WWF section under ‘Global Awareness’. To watch this, along with other WWF projects across the world (over 150 of them to be precise) you can connect with WWF’s global website. You can follow the progress of Campo Ma’an (along with other things). Even though this project may take time but may be extremely beneficial for the park and the local communities.
