Will We Gain BeachFront property?

…Ice is melting and the temperature is raising just because we are approaching the end of the latest Ice Age?
Considering that there was an Ice Age long ago, and then you fast-foward to the early 1900s; there’s a considerable difference in temperatures right? So this to me says that if global warming does in fact exist, it would be a natural process. Pollution and such may just accelerate it a little, but in the end we couldn’t do anything about it.

…The Glacial Ice Melting is not going to cause the oceans water level to rise… ice melting doesn’t cause the glass to overflow, right?
Ice that is already floating will not raise the level of water in the oceans while melting, the Ross Ice Shelf or any of the sea ice at the North Pole are already partially under the level of the water and they are also partyally made out of air, is not 100% water in the composition of ice, so the part that you see floating is the part that correspond tothe air trapped into the ice.
You can safetly buy beach front property, is goign to be beach front for many, many years, at least for all your existance.

…Rising oceans?
Worldwide water level rising is caused by two factors.
Firts, melting of ice located on the lands, like glaciers and polar icecaps.
Second, the expansion of the sea due to the thermal increase. As the temperature rises, the water in the oceans and seas becomes less dense, and the oceans will spread, occupying more surface area on the planet. Increased temperature will accelerate the rate of sea level rise.
